Design Engineer of Record and special inspector for driven and drilled piles, tiebacks, helical anchors, underpinning, and SOE systems.

Sheeting/Shoring Design & Inspection

Design, drafting, and filing of support of excavation (SOE) systems with full-time field inspection and construction oversight.

Retaining Wall Design & Assessment

NYC DOB Qualified Retaining Wall Inspector (QRWI). TR-16 filings, forensic engineering, wall stabilization and re-design.

Adjacent Building Monitoring
